2026 OCB Convention Vendor and Advertising Registration

Dear Friends and Supporters,
The Oklahoma Council of the Blind (OCB) is pleased to announce its 2026 State Conference and Convention, taking place Friday, September 25 through Sunday, September 27, 2026.This year’s theme is Kick Up Your Boots with OCB. The event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Tulsa, located at 616 W 7th St, Tulsa, OK 74127.

We invite you to join us as a vendor on Saturday, September 26. Space is limited to 20 in-person vendors and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If all spaces are filled, additional registrations will be placed on a waitlist and notified if an opening becomes available.

Exhibitor and Advertising Opportunities

Full page ad in conference program (8.5 x 11) $100
Business card listing (company name and contact information) $25
Lunch through OCB (optional) $35 per person

Important Deadlines

  • Vendor registration and lunch orders are due by August 15, 2026.
  • Logos and camera-ready ads are due by September 1, 2026.

Meals

Vendors may bring their own lunch to eat at their table, or they may request lunch through OCB for $35 per person.
