2025 OCB Convention Vendor’s Registration

Our annual state convention brings together our blind and visually impaired members from across the state for training, advocacy, resolutions, and fun. This year, we are meeting in Oklahoma City, OK, at the Wyndham Garden Hotel. The dates are September 26-28. If you plan to be an exhibitor, the Exhibit Hall will be open on Saturday, September 27, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Set up time for all exhibitors will be from 7 to 8 a.m. in the Terrace.

Advertising opportunities are available for both the goody bags as well as the convention program. These are given to all attendees. Electronic versions of the convention program will also be circulated to many state officials and other interested parties.

Quarter page conference program ad
Exhibit Space
Non-profit/MLM/Independent Distributor rate: $50
Business Rate: $100

The rate is $30 per table for those who wish to purchase just an exhibit table or need an extra table.

You may bring your own lunch to eat at your vendor table, or you can request that OCB provide lunch. The price of lunch from OCB is $20 per person. The Registration Deadline is August 31st to be a vendor or to order lunch.
