Our annual state convention brings together our blind and visually impaired
members from across the state for training, advocacy, resolutions, and fun.
2024 convention will be held in Lawton in September 27-29.
We are offering an advertising opportunity on the goody bags which will be
given to all attendees who register, and advertising opportunities in the
convention program. Electronic versions of the program will also be
circulated to many state officials and other interested parties.
We are offering a Gold Package with a 10% savings for those who would like
to participate in all three opportunities. Prices range as follows:
Gold Package for Non-profit entities (includes name on goody bag,
choice of ad size in program and exhibitor table.):
Full Page Ad – $135
½ Page Ad – $90
¼ Page Ad – $67.50
Gold Package for Businesses (includes name on goody bag, choice of ad
size in program and exhibitor table.):
Full Page Ad – $162
½ Page Ad – $117
¼ Page Ad – $94.50
We are offering a Silver Package with a 5% savings for those who would like
to participate in having an ad in the program and an exhibitor table. Prices
range as follows:
Silver Package for Non-profit entities (includes choice of ad size in
program and exhibitor table.):
Full Page Ad – $123.50
½ Page Ad – $76
¼ Page Ad – $52.25
Silver Package for Businesses (includes logo on goody bag, choice of ad
size in program and exhibitor table.):
Full Page Ad – $152
½ Page Ad – $104.50
¼ Page Ad – $80.85
For those just wanting an exhibitor table, rate is $50 for non-profits, $80 for
businesses or those selling products, these prices include lunch . If you need two tables, the extra table is
$30.
Meals are $20 per person furnished by the Hotel for lunch on Saturday. No outside meals can be brought into the facility.
